What if my site consists of a frame set and only 1 box changes (not the one with the ad, do i have to place the banner on every PAGE (there will be an add in each of the three boxes of the frame) or jus in the main header which does not change and will always have the ad displayed

I believe you can just put the ad in the header as long as it's always there.

it can be in the header or the footer, the ad checking script can tell if the page has frames or not

Can the ad checking script check if it's in header or footer?

Will your account be banned if it's in the footer?

2. if it is the banner ad and you have to scroll down to see it, then yes

The adverts must be placed somewhere on your website, visible to visitors without having to scroll down.
