Please help me set up the x10 corporate ads!!

I have one question. I know that the google ads are mandatory and that's ok. But the black and white don't go well with my forum, is there a way to make the google ads a different color?

But the black and white won't matter now, I'm getting a skin to go with it. Just wondeirng about changing the color, is that possible? I won't try it, cause I didn't know how to put the ads up, let alone change the color of stuff.
