Instead of manually inserting the ads can they be done auto cause gallery2 I am having problems with.

They can't be done automatically. I'll post a tutorial on how to do it within a hour.

Open the file /themes/yourtheme/templates/theme.tpl find the line that starts <body and after that line add the corporate ad code.
