Hi and thank you dear provider for this great free service. 
I succesfully pointed my ".fr" domain "A record" to the right x10 server IP. Add-on domain was working then. It was working fine for weeks.
But yesterday I noticed that the directory entry was changed within my account (directory name and domain were different, the change created an empty directory named the same as the domain).
There was no way to get back to the good directory, entry was succesfully changed via cpanel but URL was still resolved to the "fake" empty directory.
I tried to delete the add-on domain entry and re-entered it but now it claims:
Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 213.251.188.129,213.251.128.129 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
"A record" for my domain IS pointing to 69.175.120.122 (and DNS speaking that is far enough to work fine).
I cannot change DNS servers because my registrar wants to ping your BIND server (port 53 I think) to allow DNS servers transfer.
Since your DNS servers seem to refuse ping request I can't change DNS servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2 and get stuck.
Can you rollback to your previous settings or allow ping on DNS servers?
