i had an ad free account and today after i tried to login / visit it said that there was a problem retrieving the account info
i have an AD FREE account
in use in about a month and half ago
cpanel username: reaper11
last visited the forums -> 10-11-2008
therefore the 2 week rule was not violated
my forums as it seems has been terminated or something...there as no suspended notice

well there was one but i had my account reactivated through the use of the unsuspension button...

please reply asap if my account and data could be recoved otherwise my forum will be ruined

i just realized that i can still log in to my cpanel using http://www.myvbboard.info:2082
please advise further as my site is still offline
