Hello,

I have set up an add-on domain catholitech, com . It points to the folder public_html/catholitech where I have a wordpress installation set up. When I go to the catholitech.com and www.catholitech.com it displays the default cpanel page. The problem is, there is no index.htm or index.html for me to delete in the catholitech folder. There is only the index.php for wordpress.

There is nothing in the cgi-bin folder that would cause this to display either. The nameservers are correct and I have flushed my DNS cache a few times just to be safe.

Any ideas on how to resolve this.

PS I am on paid hosting but, prefer to go to the forums for help first, rather than file an actual support ticket.

I did do a search of the forums first but, found nothing directly addressing this particular issue.

God Bless,
Chris

I would probably submit a ticket, as this is a DNS issue that must be solved by the admins.

Your forum account is not liked with any hosting account, What is your cPanel username?

Edit/Add: Ohh you are a paid user!

Follow zapzack, this is a DNS issue and admins will correct it.
