When I try to add-on the domain universidadingles.com it gives me an error saying that it's already configured. However, obviously it's not configured, because it's not on any of my lists anywhere. This happened because the first time I tried to do the add-on, it timed out half way through the server database update. Can an administrator please reset this in the database for me?? ingles.x10hosting.com is my x10 address.

Thanks.

It should be fixed.
Try to re-add the Addon Domain and tell me if it's working or not.

Hey, sorry to be such a pain, but it stopped working again :( I'm not sure what happened.... Can you reset it again? The weird thing is that last time it was marked as both a parked domain AND an add-on domain which seems weird to me, I think it should ONLY be an add-on domain [i have a separate domain configured that way which is working fine]. Thanks for the help... Sorry :(
