Hey all,

I logged into my account (with xxll_martin_llxx) and changed my domain in that area.

Account Username:martin16

Primary Domain:http://www.ultraway.net

cPanel URL:http://www.ultraway.net:2082

I put the x10 name servers ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com in my domain registrar.

I tried using my cpanel to park a domain but it says: Error from park wrapper: ultraway.net is already configured.

I can't view my site at: http://www.phoenixsupras.exofire.net/

I can still login to my cpanel through http://phoenixsupras.exofire.net:2082/ but the page can't be found if I goto www.ultraway.net/cpanel and www.ultraway.net doesn't work - it just redirects to information.com which I presume is just down to DNS still have to change.

Do I still need to do anything?

Thanks

EDIT**: I can no longer get into my Cpanel - page loads but I can't login, just takes me back to cpanel login screen.

EDIT***: I see the recent problems involve domain changing. How long will this proceed because now I have no site.

Can I just get my subdomain back??

EDIT****: Just changed back to my subdomain - phoenixsupras.exofire.net (not working yet, hopefully it'll be back up!?)

Do you own ultraway.net? I'm seeing it as being for sale at $914.
Your subdomain seems to be working.

I managed to get my subdomain back working again and yes I do.

http://whois.domaintools.com/ultraway.net
It's under all my name, and details but the nameservers don't seem to have changed.
In my domain area, I have changed the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com but that change is yet to reflect on the domain look up.
Edit:
I would now like to actually add this domain - although from cpanel it says (when trying to park) that an error occured = Error from park wrapper: ultraway.net is already configured.

Can an account manager do it manually?

The DNS should be updating now - finally managed to get confirmation that I did indeed change the nameservers.

Cheers
