Ok I have pointed to correct servers and got this page
Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server
If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.

ATTENTION!

Then when I want into my account (cpanel) parked domain says domain already is parked else where but it's not.

Have you set the domain nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com?

Did you have it in your account and then deleted it at some point? stoli seems to be aware its supposed to manage the domain - but has no apache point for it.

No never only tried to get in onto account. Using parked domain.

(Edit)

Could you in cpanel try to park the domain for me?
Edit:
Try going to www.davidhquan.com the correct name servers are there just not my site and it's not parked?
