Addon domain and parking domain is not working

Hi, I have some co.cc domains whenever I try to park them I get this error :-
Error from hooks wrapper:
Domain action was not
successfully completed [1]. Error:
Error from park wrapper:
xxxxxx.co.cc is controlled
by another user. You cannot
park it.
The problem is specifically with co.cc domains I tried to park co.cc domain which don't exits, I didn't get any success. .com, is working. I am on starka. Please help!

Did you put the right nameservers?

Yes I entered ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com on co.cc's DNS settings.
