Addon Domain Configuration Problem

I have a problem with addon domains. I added two domains, then for reasons that would take half a page to explain, I had to remove them. When I tried to re-add them, I received the error message saying the domains were already configured, but they are not available for use.

Would it be possible for someone to clear those domains so I may add them again?

they are: gottoolsstore.com and gottoolsstore.net

Is there a way to avoid that happening in the future?

It may happen sometimes if you add/remove a domain when the server has high load. It usually doesn't happen.
