addon domain displaying defaultwebpage.cgi

The addon domain "bns-bibliophile.net" is displaying cPanel's defaultwebpage.cgi instead of Wordpress's index.php. I have recently removed and re-added this addon domain. The root directory of this domain should be, /public_html/bns-bibliophile.net/ as far as I know.

PS: I have tried to submit a Prime Member support ticket but it rejects the body with the error, "Please provide a valid description".
