Addon domain error

Hello!!!

I have a problem... I can not set up addon domain... Every time I run that test for domain registration at domain registration page (on www.eu.org) I get same error that says...:

Error: NS2.X10HOSTING.COM not authoritative for domain donainname...

I used this information, check if it is correct, please:

ns1.x10hosting.com 74.86.117.243
ns2.x10hosting.com 70.87.51.251

Do anyone know how to fix this and setup a domain finally?!

It's pretty much a loop and I've only ever heard of it at the eu.org place.

We don't allow you to add a domain unless it's pointed to us(This is normal of web hosts). The domain place won't let you point it to us unless you add it.

See if you can Email them or if there is a setting that can override the check.

If I understood you right...

I have to add domain in my cPanel before I register a domain on www.eu.org...

That is the way i did this... First I added domain using cPanel, and later I went on www.eu.org page and tried to register a domain... And ns1.x10hosting.com passes check, but something happens with ns2.x10hosting.com check...

I did this before on other hosting, without any problems... I am not sure where I am going wrong...

If you can maybe help me a bit more, please...

i have this problem too.
ns1.x10hosting.com - ok

when i try enter ns2.x10hosting.com - i get message "host is not configured for this domain". Support of my DNS seller says that my hosting place should give me proper NS.
Edit:
my domain comapny says that "missing SOA or domain not conifugured on this host". Help me please.

What are the domains you guys are trying to add? We have thousands of people hosting domains with us so I'm not really sure what is going on.

I am not sure what is going on... www.web-prijatelj.uni.cc I can park on x10hosting, but I have a problem with .eu.org domain!

I got username and password from owner (my friend) of that uni.cc domain, and I parked it without a problems...

I am trying to setup a domain with extension .eu.org! But every time I get same message:

I'm confused here. Is the domain already registered and setup in your cPanel?

The nameserver can not be authoritative for the domain if it doesn't exist or has not been add\parked to your account.

Yes, it is parked in my control panel, I did everything like before (with uni.cc domain too)... And now I have to configure domain for x10hosting nameserver... And when i try to do that, I get an error...

What is the domain name? I'll make sure there is an entry for it on both servers.

I do not have any problems with NS1, just NS2 is causing problems, by my opinion...

The domain is registered at both ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

I can't get any queries to it because it's not registered with the .eu place.

I'm not really sure what else I can do.

i parked it in cpanel
ns1.x10hosting.com is ok, ns2.x10hosting.com give me error (i write before in this topic).
