It was found that my addon domain had a glitch such that it was not pointing at vox but another external host. AFAIK, this has been resolved.
Really, I need to add MX entries for this domain but it does not appear in the list under MX Entries (T am guessing the domain should be in this list).
I have also tried removing the addon domain (so that I may start again) but I get an error:Sorry, you do not control the domain xxxxxxxxx.com
Thinking that Advanced DNS Edtior might be a place to add MX records, it shows: You do not have permission to read the zone for : xxxxxxxxx.com
Please could someone help me. I would also like to make this account premium but want to make sure that everything is working for me first.
