Have you registered the domain and set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com?

And have you added the domain as a parked/addon domain in cPanel?

It works fine for me, so flush your DNS and restart your router as I said above. If this doesn't solve the issue, you'll need to wait until your ISP updates their cache - we have no control over this and it can take up to 72 hours.

"flush your DNS and restart your route"

what does this mean

Secoundly since whois is showing new nameservers does it still mean that the propogation has not happended

Yes, propagation can take up to 72 hours, although it usually happens much faster. During that period of time, some people will be able to access the site and others won't.

Flushing your DNS cache forces Windows (or whichever operating system you use) to get the latest information about a domain, and I wrote a tutorial for doing it in Windows XP here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/tutori...ns-windows-xp.html?highlight=flushing+windows

And do you use a wired or wireless router to connect to the internet or do you just use a modem and/or connect directly?
