I configured successfully an addon domain rockhampton.ws to my main domain gemmas.ws.

I have Intermediate PHP available for gemmas.ws but may not have been made available yet to the addon domain.

I have given the process time for the scripts to run on the Lotus servers before attempting to send the contact form.

My error log when I try and send the contact form from rockhampton.ws is:
Code:
[Wed Apr 02 05:52:25 2008] [error] [client 66.175.215.160] ALERT - function within blacklist called: mail() (attacker '66.175.215.160', file '/home/rockee/public_html/rocky/salescontactform.php', line 389), referer: http://rockhampton.ws/salescontactform.html
The IP mentioned is mine.

I have allowed access to the email address I created in cPanel for my IP in the Security Policy in cPanel - with no effect.

BTW, I have the exact same form in use in the gemmas.ws site with a user@gemmas.ws email created in cPanel for the gemmas.ws contact form - this domain sends the email contact form details perfectly.

Using the same process I created a user@rockhampton.ws for the rockhampton.ws form and this domain does not send the contact form details - but creates the above error log message.

Any chance of one of the kind backend guru's taking a look at this for me please?

Thanks and regards,
Rocky

I have talked to Corey and he said that when you create a new sub domain it creates a new VHost. In doing this you then have to wait for the upgrade script to run again before that domain will be upgraded.

Obviously waiting 12 hours before attempting to send the contact form was not enough, but when I tried again this morning (local AU time) and after reading your relayed response, the form was able to be sent just fine with no evident error messages.

Thread closed, with a satisfactory outcome.
