Addon domain problem

Hello,

This is my hosting account details:

username: fileyour
Domain: fyb.elementfx.com

I've already pointed nameserver to NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM but when I go to add an ADDON domain, it says Error from park wrapper.

Is my domain got added? How do I know? Please help!!!
