Addon Domain - Sitebuilder unable login.

Hi there,

I have just added a domain and wanting to use the Sitebuilder to built the site.

Unfortunately, when I sign in with the FTP: username and password,

It mentioned : username/password - not correct.

I have deliberately check username/password at the time of adding on domain and still unable to login Sitebuilder.

Please help.

There's another user with this same problem right now, perhaps there's an issue with sitebuilder. I will have the staff assist you as well.
