addon domain to main domain

i would like to have my addon domain "cafenull.com" changed to my main domain. i deleted it as an addon domain, however it still is listed as one in my hosting information (but not cpanel). do i just wait or did i do something wrong? i would like to have it back up shortly if possible although its not really necessary
