Addon domain without the automatic created Subdomain

Hello,
I have the domain "hotel-lacasona.co.cc" registered as AddOn Domain.

Now I have also a automatic installed Subdomain "hotel-lacasona.islamargarita.x10hosting.com",
but I don't need and want this subdomain to my primary domain.
When I try to remove the unwanted sub domain, CPanel tells me to remove the
Addon domain first.
Why is the Addon domain auto linked as a subdomain to the primary.
How can I solve this problem, I couldn't find an answer with searching.

That sub-domain is required by the Add-On domain and cannot be removed.
