Is there something wrong with this server or something?
its uptime has been shocking and It always goes down right when im in the middle of doing up my site
will it always be like this? if so id be happy to create my own gfx for an ad to put on my site so its not always down every 2 seconds like it is now?

It shouldn't be going down every two seconds. It may be that someone was abusing the server.

If you want better uptime all the time, upgrade to paid.
