ok my site it's susppended, i did follow these indications but i can't understand the first one... somebody could help me with a screenshot or something?

All hosting accounts must be linked to a forum account now.

Step 1: Login to your cPanel and set the contact E-mail address to your current working E-mail.

ahh also i can't loggin on my c panel so what can i do

PM me your Cpanel name, e-mail address and what service you are on ( Ad-Free / Ad-Enhanced ) and I'll set your e-mail for you.

Then login with your forum name / password to www.x10hosting.com/account to link your account.
