sir pls review my ticket. im so depressed today that my site was suspended permanently due to my unawareness of such tiny loopholes on terms and conditions. sir i did not mean to break the rules. im always abide rules.pls have pity on my small site. im just a poor guy from a poor country. i only use opera mini to browse my site and i did mean to break the "proxy' rule and those games that my users wc has copyright. i promise i will put ryles on my site that i wil not allow it no more. im not aware that those apss are crack. pls sir. condider my smal site. i spent and sacrifice my health ,sleep, my studies just to build the site.

Yes, I did indeed copy this direct out of your dispute that you opened with us. You are responsible for all content you and your users put on the account; failing to police your users has cost you the account. I'm also not sure how you weren't aware that the apps were cracked - they say it right in the filename.
