Administrator oppinion needed

I have a question about sitemap.
I know that the program i used used 80% of resources so i tryed to find something that could help me without to do something bad.
I found this website: http://www.auditmypc.com/xml-sitemap.asp
It's makes nice "sitemap". I've tried it on myself and on another free hosting and seems it didn't afected me... BUT ... i can't use it without Administrator oppinion and aprove.

Can you please take a look and tell me if i am allowed to use it to make sitemap to my webpage ?

You can try it but I'll have to suspend you again if the load goes to high.

OK, thank you for your aprove. I'll try to do that sitemap.

BUT

I totaly agree with you that if the load goes to high, you should suspend it to not affect the server and offcourse if i see the account suspended i'll know and i'll stop makeing that sitemap so verything to come to normal.
I've installer Vertrigo Web Server on my computer, added the Website, and i've tested it on my own computer and it didn't affect nothing, and i have a 256kb/sec connection.
I don't want to make anything bad and that's why if i want to do something i'll ask you for aprov.
Edit:
I have finished making sitemap. Everything is stoped now.
Sitemap is OK and my account is not suspended so i suppose that it did not load to high.

Before I close this, it doesn't look like your account is linked correctly. I'm showing the account 'WinBlog' linked to this forum name but I believe the user name on your site is different?
