Administrator privileges in phpmyadmin

Hello. I have one problem. I need to change SQL mode from strict to not strict, but I can't because I don't have any privileges. Can somebody help me to get privileges please? I tried to add in phpmyadmin but it says no privileges and I cannot check anything

i dont think you can change sql mode, that would have administrator only privileges.
i may be wrong but only staff can change that if it could be done.
