Ads and Where?

Just a quick Question to the admin, I would like for a admin to please look at my site http://globe.x10hosting.com/mxBB/index.php and tell me if this is the right ad?

I also want to know if this ad should be placed at the top, or at the bottom of the page.

If you have an Advanced package you can put the ad anyware. If you have a corporate package you have to have a banner ad at the top of the page.
