Ads for ad enhanced account

I have an ad enhanced account, but I don't know where to find the ad codes......I do need to put a certain ad up right?
DO I need it on every page or just the home page? Lets say I am using frames, would I even need it on the skinny table of contents frame, since it is technically a different html document?

In your case the Corporate banner must go in every page in a place that can be seen without scrolling down. What I mean is: the banner doesn't have to be on the very top of the page, but when the page loads, you should be able to see it without scrolling down.
