ads in drupal

I have a quick question here. currently I am having a "Ad-Enhanced" hosting type which requires me to place a "text link" as an advertisement of x10. how can place it in drupal?

- Create a PHP Code Block
- Insert x10Hosting AdCodes in it.
- Add it to a region in your Drupal Theme.
