ads in mambo are easy. you make a module with the ad code, make sure the wysiwyg editor is off. and then publish it and there you go, i have no experience with SMF, sorry...if it was IPB i could help you!

to make it easeir i made pre made modules they are in the tutions area smf must be done in the header file and insert the code at the top!
