Ads need to be any were the public can view, and also advanced is a link, and corp is a banner. Make sure you also have the ads in your CMS, or forums if you have one.

thanks

Actually, by public you mean the general public, not like I? Because i have a couple of systems, like my download manager, poll manager, and my news manager, who have admin pages, where the admin (me), logs in and adds news, polls, etc. That does not need ads right?

if it can be viewed by anyone other than you (without logging into cpanel), and its accessible to everyone, then you'll need to put ads

if its a page that isnt displayed to the public (whether protected or not in the public_html directory) then you dont need to place ads on those pages

I tried to add every single ad on phpbb...but it couldn't install the tables. It's interesting, though, cuz I added the Corporate ad code, and I had 27 ads on phpbb setup, extremely slow...and could not install the tables. This is phpbb3 beta...fully tested and working (I know a guy who works at phpbb...so I coudl get my hand on it if I wanted 2). This is yesterday's build, installer fulyl functional...and yet it it couldn't install the tables. it said somethign bout the install.php (the new installer is index.php), btu now I am extrmeley xonfused. Do you want me to upload the one with ads that don't work...or the ones w/o the ads and probably does work? I'm nto mad, but I'm just wondering. /me thinks for a second.

It is probably easiest to install the one without ads, then edit the board wrapper and put the necessary ads in where they need to be (corporate need to be at the top of the page and advanced anywhere).
