Either will do. The PHP code just includes the JavaScript ad for you, saving you a few lines of code in your document. The JavaScript is a lot more versatile, so I recommend using it whenever you can or whenever the PHP one gives you problems.

Also, just as a note, make sure you have the corporate ads at the *top* of every page!

You can use the Javascript code or the PhP code. Its your choice.
One just has less code and is less of a problem than the other. That was what he was saying.
