Do I need to Request first for add ons or what to do where to put the codes that are on control panel i using
joomla 1.5 thanks for help

The code needs to be added somewhere in the template files at the top, the ads must be where the user sees them first without having to scroll down.

100% Correct. You could just probably integrate the advertisement code in the header or something
