I've put the ad mod on smf, but it's not working.... help?

What mod are you using? Are you sure you installed it correctly?

There are many tutorials available in the "Tutorial" section of these forums which methods of including the advertisements in forums, you might find a working alternative

I would suggest using the Header and Footer mod instead of the ad management mod.
