Are ads illegal to have on your site with this hosting...cuz it seems thats why my account got suspended

Not sure why your site would be suspended for ads unless those ads were violating terms of service because their content or links. However, lot's of folks here are using Adsense with no problems.

AdMob is a mobile advertising service thats currently owned by Google.

I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed. Yes, AdMob ads should be allowed. They're not illegal.
