OK, I downloaded the Ad package. Now what do I do? Do I upload them to my site?

Add the required ads code to your site and then upload it..

i found it lol. Does it matter where you plaace the ads? Like can they go on the bottom?

they have to be visible without scrolling down, and yes, use php code.
