So in August I was suspended when I got $115 from Google, but people where clicking on the ads soo many times that I lost all the money and Google suspended me because of some jerks that clicked on the ads. Should I re-sign up or what should I do?

You should ask for an unsuspension nicely or else they'll just suspend you again, if you're on the same site :p

They'll suspend you if your users get click happy.... they pay for users who view the ads for the ads sake, not so the users can click as much as they want to make you $$

So, if a site has many visitors and they click on the ads, what's the problem? And don't they have a method of knowing where the clicks are originating from?

Yes, they do, and that's the problem. If a lot of clicks come from on location, it could be suspected as fraudulent clicking.

If you're experienced enough, you could make a script that calls the ads from another page with nothing but those ads on the page, and prevent it from being shown if the same IP has seen it more then 25 or so times. Of course, if he was really dedicated, he could proxy it, but it's a deterrent.

If a site has 10000 visitors but 10 of those visitors click 90% of the ads, wouldn't they suspect something? :p

No, only if one person keeps clicking the ads too much.
I suggest you ask them nicely and tell them why this happened, then try to block that person from your site so they can't keep clicking the ads, if you ask me - one click a day would be fine.
