I am offering an ads area on my website,
The forums are my main area of advertising,
The TOS of my advertising is that i advertise you and you advertise me back. I will keep the ad alive as long as you keep mine on your site.
The forums section is just a post section which is devoted to you.
You have the choice to lock it to make it a large advert or you can keep it open to allow users to comment on it.
Like i said all it is, is a text link for my site, and you can place a banner in your post on the forums.
