Yeah, the ads should be visible without having to scroll down and such. In Advanced, however, you can put the ads anywhere you want. In my opinion, Advanced's should be the same as Corporate and in Static, you can place the ad anywhere. Just my thoughts

I have seen one site hosted by x10hosting, his/her ads is below the site.

Also if the person has the ads at the bottom of the page he might have an advanced account. But if you have yet to pm a staff member yet please PM me or another account manager asap

Just to clarify,
Advanced: Can use either ads anywhere on the page, on everypage
Corporate: Must have banner at top of the page so visitors can see the banner without scrolling on every page

As far as I know, he can use the banner if he's on Advanced because people on Advanced are free to choose between the Banner and the text link. However, if he's on Corporate then he has to move it to the top.
