Adverts. slowing down website

Hello.
I'm using the Corporate Ad-Enhanced Plan.
When I recently placed the corporate ad. on Wordpress, my site takes longer to load.
I have the main body loaded but the footer won't load quickly.

Can someone please help resolve this. I have done exactly as told in the tutorial but I guess my position is different from that of the tutorial.

I think that's from the speed of the ad server, not WP or anything; There isn't much we can do though.
