After weeks of non working and (probably) located the problem and posted here,
my thread was just closed! The problem not solved, can not access either web site or Cpanel.
If it is the only solution "try to flush dns" and if it not working - close the thread...hm..found not nice

I can not login in Cpanel, not web site, CAN NOT make back up...
