Your IP is probably blocked on the firewall.

The only way to get blocked from the firewall is entering a password wrong 5 times for cPanel, ftp, etc.

So unless you are doing that, your IP isn't blocked.

I can access your site fine, so it's probably going to be something on your end.

Can you access http://74.86.116.190 ?

Yeah i can. But i got a page with:

Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server

If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.

I don't think that's on my end something wrong, because i'm not the only one who cant access my site. It worked the whole day fine and now i cant connect with ftp, cant get on site and cpanel. I dk what could be the fault, and i have not tiped my cpanel pass wrong.

I have the same problem with my website and cpanel being unaccessible for most of the time since the server change...

Mine is not password related since I did not try to login into my Cpanel but was trying on and on to see if the website or Cpanel login page load up. But most of time it does not.

I posted my problem here:

i'm just curious, how can it be something on our end? we can access every other site just fine, we've flushed our dns multiple times, cleared cache, restarted everything, and nothing is working. we don't have any problems accessing any other website but the ones hosted on x10. countless people have posted about having the exact same problem described in this thread, it's kind of hard to believe we all have the exact same problem happening on our systems. it's more likely that something is blocking us on your end i'd think. we can only access our websites when we use a proxy, which should show that something on your guys end must be blocking our main IPs or IP ranges.

we are completely aware that other people can access our site just fine, i can even access the thread starters site when he says he can't, but i cannot access my own, and i'm sure you and the thread starter and most people here can probably access mine as well ( lvm.x10hosting.com ). this problem started to happen after the servers were moved, i had no problems connecting to my site for days after i registered until you guys finished moving. since then, every day i've been getting blocked for a few hours, then it stops and lets me on for awhile, and then resumes blocking me for some reason.

nobody seems to have any idea why this is happening or how to fix it but based on this i'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with our systems, correct me if i'm wrong though, because i don't see any reason why it could be us when we have no previous problems connecting to anything else, and in my case i haven't changed any settings on my computer since this happened nor do i have any sort of website blocking apps.

i appreciate all the work you guys do to make this the best free hosting i've ever seen, so sorry if this seems like an attack on what you guys are doing because i don't mean that at all, but this is just getting very frustrating :/

Well for the OP I checked your DNS entry it's fine, and you can access the sever fine, so I'm not really sure what the problem is.

Maybe someone higher than me does, but it just confuses me, you can access the server fine, can you ping your domain, see what that brings?

That's really weird, because that's not even one of our servers.

Can you try to flush your DNS and do it again?

TomyVK -- You should be seeing IP: 74.86.116.190. I checked the DNS entry and your Apache entry and both are correct. Can you try pinging just vengeance.exofire.net WITHOUT http:// on it?
