Again I can't acces my page

Like before I have the same problem again. If I visit www.electronics.exofire.net I get message that this domain is free and I can register. I can't access the cPanel. I only have access to the FTP and Account.

Actually, when I go to it, the index shows a directory listing. Meaning you need to upload an index .html/.htm/.php file to it, and put the site up.
