Well propagation happened in less than 48 hours, but I have a small issue I cannot explain. The www subdomain does not work, despite there being a CNAME record for it, and an index.htm being placed inside the /www folder.

When trying to navigate to www.clockworkmushroom.co.cc, my domain, it gives me an odd CPanel error page with a light blue background. Navigation to just clockworkmushroom.co.cc, without the www, it works fine.

Having checked the zone records to make sure that CNAME was in place, and checked the file was in place, I am at a loss for why this is failing so hard. Perhaps someone can tell me if I am missing some obscure thing? It varies a little from version to version of CPanel, and different hosts do it different ways.

Hello,

Please clear your browser cache and flush your DNS (run command as admin if in Vista/Win 7), then restart your browser, clear its cache again, flush the DNS again, then try your site. That just ensures no remnants of cache can remain, and it should load a completely fresh copy of your site. I can see both links with no issues; I get a page with: "Test page is to test the page with the test page to test the page."

Thanks.
