Can anyone help me? Like I'm gonna probably switch off this service if this can't be fixed.

Can you provide any additional details, such as which domain you are attempting to send the emails from? I'm having trouble finding results for your account in our email logs. Keep in mind that if the recipient server is discarding your email as spam, there is little we can do about it -- you will need to work to improve your email headers/content so that it is no longer detected as spam. If the email is being blocked by our server, I could provide a bit more insight as to why, but I need to find the emails in question first which I'm having trouble doing.

I am sending these emails from superjoystick.ga its not any specific emails its actually just everything I try to send. It is most definitely x10hosting's mail servers marking my domain as spam.

If you need more information I'll edit this with it.

I'm not seeing any emails sent from that address in our system, which I would be seeing even if they were being blocked by our spam filters. How are you sending your emails and what is your email configuration? Please note that we do not allow external SMTP connections (such as sending through gmail's SMTP server), all mail must be either sent via the mail() PHP function or by an SMTP connection to "localhost". If you are doing one of those things, I need to see what configuration you are using to ensure it is correct. Also, an example error message could be helpful in diagnosing what is happening here.

I'm sending emails using Outlook 2016, and the email config I'm using is the one which connects to xo6.x10hosting.com using POP3, I've done the same setup using IMAP on my Macbook using the mail app and same thing over there the message never sends.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Please try the following steps to configure your email address in Outlook:

  1. On the Auto Account Setup screen, choose "Manual setup or additional server types"
  2. On the Choose Service screen, choose "POP or IMAP"
  3. On the POP or IMAP settings screen:
    • The Your Name field is used as your name in the From address. What you put here isn't important, but make sure you're ok with other people seeing it when you send emails.
    • Put your email address in the Email Address field -- this email address MUST exist in your cPanel
    • Select IMAP as the account type (this is a matter of preference. Either POP3 or IMAP will work, but I recommend IMAP as it allows you to access your email from multiple devices. POP3 downloads the email and deletes it from the server, meaning it will only be viewable on the one device you downloaded it to).
    • Incoming mail server: xo6.x10hosting.com
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): xo6.x10hosting.com
    • User name: The email address you entered above
    • Password: The password for that email address you entered when setting up the account in cPanel. This is likely different than your cPanel account password.
  4. Click on the "More Settings..." button, then fill out the following:
    • On the Outgoing Server tab, check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." Leave the "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server" option selected.
    • On the Advanced Tab under Incoming Server, select "SSL" for "Use the following type of encrypted connection." This will change the port number box; if you are using IMAP ensure that port number reads 993. If you are using POP3 ensure that port number reads 995. If it does not list that number, change it so that it is 993 or 995.
    • On the Advanced Tab under Outgoing Server, select "SSL" for "Use the following type of encrypted connection." Then, change the port number box to 465.
    • Hit the "OK" button to close out of that dialog
  5. Hit the "Next" button to test your settings.

If you have that and it still doesn't work, it is possible that the spamfilter is catching the content of your email.

I've (finally) managed to get some results for the previous emails you sent in our logs; dunno why I wasn't able to get them previously -- perhaps I was mistyping your domain name. I'm currently investigating why those emails were blocked as spam.

Thank you I checked what you had instructed and my settings were all done like that. This problem only just recently started happening.

I have made some adjustments that will hopefully fix your issues. If you are still experiencing issues, then unfortunately it would appear that our Free Hosting service is not suitable for the types of emails you are sending out, as the filters for it are more strict than premium. If you like to stay with us, you can consider upgrading to premium or you can move just the email portion of your domain to a separate service (you can configure this in your cPanel, although you may need to switch themes to cPanel x3 first -- the icon you want is MX Exchanger or something like that -- editing your MX records will allow you to have your email hosted elsewhere while your website itself remains here).

How long would it take for these changes to take affect?

As even if I send an email with test in the subject and body it'll get flagged.

They should have taken effect immediately. I've made one other change that should hopefully help (although that one will take a couple of hours to go through -- I'd give it at least 4). If it still doesn't work after that, then unfortunately I'm out of things I can do on my side of things to help you out.
