All emails sent to a hotmail live or msn acocunt is rejected

All emails sent to a hotmail live or msn email address is rejected with the following msg:

Connected to 65.54.188.94 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 SC-001 Unfortunately, messages from 173.236.28.162 weren't
sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is
on our block list. You can also refer your provider to
http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

This is a known problem. There's not much x10hosting can do about this because of past abusers. I've seen suggestions about using google apps to send email through a gmail account instead to get around this.

As Calistoy has mentionned, it is a known problem, we have tried contacting hotmail to get removed from the blacklist, but we are still waiting. If you need to send mails to hotmail or yahoo (you can send directly to any other email service), we suggest you use google apps or a regular google account until this issue is sorted. You can, also, send a complaint to hotmail telling them your situation.
