All file gone after transfer only leaving cgi-bin

Hi I have been watch the post here with whats happened after the server transfer and after the lotus/cossacks update all the files to my website are gone, leaving only a cgi-bin folder also it says i have 0MB free and 0MB used on the opening pie chart. I've seen the update about the fris server being rebooted will this sort out the problem I have? If not could get one of the hard working X10 staff to have a look at my account please.

The reason for the Fris reboot is for troubleshooting purposes. I realize this is frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience but you really need to wait for staff to sort things out on Fris and see if that resolves your issue.

Hi can some one check out my account I've been waiting hoping my files would be restored after the fris transfer Ive seen a lot of post with the same problem being escalate.

The only file! in my public_html folder is the CGI-Bin

Please help me
