All files disappeared, account inactive

Hi,
My account was suspended. As soon as i loged in after 15 days,as I was on a trip, I noticed that i didnot have any domain in x10.mx though I could login and recreated sagufashions.x10.mx
My whole website and files are not there now.
How can i get them back?
How can i have my website back?
Give me my website files back.

If your account was suspended for inactivity and remained suspended for more than 14 days (whether you were on a trip or not), your account will have been terminated (which also includes deletion of the files). Backups are not maintained, and your files are unrecoverable. That is all detailed in the terms of service you agreed to when you created the account. The inactivity policy is detailed is section 7:

7. Inactivity

Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then removed from our servers (terminated). All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting Account Portal located at https://x10hosting.com/portal/ at least once every 30 days. Accounts must have a working website within 1 week.

Backups are in section 6:

6. System Backups

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the terms outlined on this page.

And yes, failing to keep your account active is a breach of the terms.
