All the information from my /home was erased 20 minutes ago (obviously, not by me)
Nothing was left !!
My website, store & CRM dissapeared. It's the first time I see this kind of error on x10hosting. Obviously every site published to internet has now a 404 error.
CPanel displays 0.02 MB in use and below the Disk Space Usage the following error :
"[a fatal error or timeout ocurred while processing this directive]"
The second error while trying to update this "AJAX ERROR"
No post has been raised in the Status Forum yet to alert any user.
Can u provide any help/update/comment/hint on this ?
I have a full backup of the website, but not for the SQL database & the Prestashop store. I'm really worried about this.
