All my files were deleted

Today I logged on and all my files were deleted. I am sure the system has deleted them without any warning. Only yesterday they were all there and my site was active (it's just a simple site with pictures and a few clips). Why do the adminstrators do that, it's unethical to do it without any reasonable justification or warning.

PS: And please do not maliciously close this topic like you had done with all similar others, hence preventing replies and transparency. Please be honest and ethical and give me a straightforward answer. Otherwise the reputation of your hosting service is definitely going to be compromised. Thanks

Tickets are not closed maliciously as you say. If there is no reply after 72 hours tickets are automatically closed by the system. They are only closed manually if the issue is resolved.
