All the files on my site disappeared..

All the files on my site disappeared, which was fine, I keep them backed up.
But it also wouldn't let me make a new one.. it pops up an alert saying

"ERROR: Could not create file "index.php" in /home/(cpanel username)/public_html: Directory /home/(cpanel username)/public_html does not exist."

Also, I couldn't post to forums because it said I didn't have permission or something along those lines.

Oh, nevermind, about the forum thing. I think it's because you cannot reply to threads in Free Hosting support.
